Any format works.

Free. No account needed to print.

How it works

Three steps. No account needed.

  1. Add

Paste your addresses in any format, or bring in a CSV or Excel file. No columns to set up.

  2. Review

Each address is formatted the same way. Anything missing, like a ZIP code or an apartment number, becomes a one-tap question. Nothing is guessed.

  3. Print

Pick your label sheet, tap the first empty spot, and download a PDF lined up to the sheet. You can print a test page first.

Questions

More help in the guides.

Is it free?

Yes. Pasting your addresses, reviewing them and printing your labels is free, and you don’t need an account to do it.

Do I need an account?

No. Add, Review and Print all work without one. If you want to keep your cleaned addresses for next year, enter your email on the Print screen: we send one link, and there’s no password to remember.

Will my names be changed?

Never. Names print exactly as you pasted or typed them. Labeltime doesn’t fix capital letters, add titles or reword anything. If you want a different name on the envelope, change it with Edit on the Review screen.

Which label sheets can I use?

Avery 5160 and 8160 (30 per sheet), Avery 5163 (10 per sheet), and A7 envelopes (5¼ × 7¼), plus the sheets that share those layouts, like 5260, 8660, 8163 and 8663. Pick the sheet on the Print screen.

What about apartments and units?

If an apartment or unit number was in your paste, it goes on the label. If something looks like it might be a unit and it’s not clear, Review asks you. Labeltime never makes one up.

I have a partly used sheet. Can I start in the middle?

Yes. On the Print screen, click the first empty label on the sheet preview and printing starts there.

Is my data private?

Your addresses are used only to format and print your labels. To read a messy paste, an AI model copies out the name and address parts; it doesn’t write anything new. Our analytics only count things, like how many labels were printed, and never see names or addresses. A list you haven’t saved lives at a private link, so share that link only with people you trust.

How do I save my addresses for next year?

After you print, enter your email under “Don’t retype these next year.” Open the link we send and your addresses are saved. Next year, sign in with the same email, review what changed, and print.
